Microservices architecture

API gateway (Spring Cloud Gateway), modular core service, streaming service with tokens and signed CDN URLs, isolated payment service (dedicated database), live service (RTMP ingest), transcoding worker (FFmpeg/Shaka). Inter-service security through a dedicated internal key, JWT RS256/JWKS authentication with OAuth2 and 2FA.

Near-zero-cost delivery

The differentiating architectural point: video segments are encrypted and cached freely on the CDN, with only access to the decryption key controlled by the user's subscription — applicable to both video on demand and live.

Creator payout engine

A payout engine fully configurable from the admin interface without redeployment: weighting of several engagement metrics and contractual multipliers.
